A LIFETIME GUARANTEE THAT IS WORTHLESS

I have been waiting 5 months for various items to be replaced by Tupperware and I am simply expected to exercise patience because I was told it can take some time - the last lot of stuff I simply threw into the dustbin and replaced them with off the shelf just as good plastic containers, which can be replaced at a third of the price without the hassle of waiting for Tupperware to fulfil their lifetime guarantee. I have just gone onto their website where they misrepresent as follows :- \If you have any defective returns please return them immediately to your Tupperware Demonstrator. All defective returns will be assessed by our Quality Control department at our Manufacturing Plant. This procedure will take a minimum of 6 weeks". I would love to hear the excuse. I used to sell Tupperware myself many years ago when they actually lived up to their reputation"
