2 Ltr bottle Problem.

My 2lt water bottle fell out the fridge on to the floor and cracked, i have had the 750ml and the 1ltr and i have never had an incident where the bottle falls and cracks. The bottle has been given in to Tupperware in August 2019 we are now at the end of Nov 2019 and they state that the warehouse has a backlog on these products, if I look at the reviews regarding the 2ltr bottle it seems to be very problematic .... I need senior managers to see these post and they need to start replacing these products quicker as a three month turnaround time is pathetic.
