TUPA - The HELL of my life

TUPA is the worst agency I have come across. I have paid every single one of bills since I moved in here in 2020 and yet I'm for the past 3 days I've been living without electricity because they can't pay City Power. This isn't the fist time this is happening, earlier on this year we didn't have water and electricity. TUPA is always in debt with City Power and Rand Water. Why must not have these essentials when I pay every single cent every single month. I wish I had never come across such a useless company!!!
