Tupa / Motla the biggest sharks out there

Tupa is by far the worst real estate ever, The rent goes up each month from R2800 to R5500. they never get back to you on queries that you have. they complaint about everything but they dont tell you that they are the quickest to ask for money. i am pretty sure that Tupa are doing the electricity and water readings from i dont know where , all i know is that they dont know what they are doing and then tp top it all up they have MOTLA as the reading company and that just as bad as them ... i think they take the whole complex's electricity and devide it into how many flats there is... even if your 1 person your going to *** and betaal. Tupa just dont care not does Motla. if you are looking into renting PLEASE do not use TUPA
