Tupa housing in Turffontein charging unreasonable prices

I stay in Eastwood Court Turfontein the flat I stay in is under Tupa housing my rent has been increasing monthly and when we want answers to why they don't give us clarity last month they switched off our electricity for 2 weeks then we paid rent of 6410 month end the rent came back as 7000 now they switched off the electricity took the gas stove ???? now they threatening to lock us out if we do not pay the employee is so rude you can't even explain to her cause she won't give you a chance
