Sewerage pipes overflow from neglect and disregard of peoples saftey

I am a resident not far from the block of flats that TUPA Estate look after. Their sewerage pipe has been overflowing and running pass my house for weeks. We have called and left plenty messages and no one has called us back. The sewerage runs all the way down the road, pass a primary school and into the Georginia lake. I have pictures of this neglect of which has become a health hazard to the Georginia Community.

I have called Joburg Water of which they came within 24 hours and when they evaluated the premises including myself it was clear that this was on Tupa's Property as all Joburg Water manholes were clear of blockage.

These people should be fined for neglect, endangering peoples lives and causing our precious lakes to become poisonous including ****ing all our lake life.
