Listed on ITC without notice

<p>signeda lease with TUPA real estate for a flat in Randburg Heila Place, signed it in May - June 2014, their system claims it was May 2012 and at that time i wasnt employed. Moved in they told me rent will never exceed 2000 with water and electricity inclusive, this was a room. 3 - 4months down the line rent came in and was jus above 4000. I asked them how tthat is posssible and their story was, there was water leakage in the flat and they decided to divide the costs amongst the tenants. That was not communicated with me as the tenant, i moved out and told them to keep my deposit to cover the rent that i know of. within 7 days i got listed and they claimed i owed 11 000 how ridiculous. This went on until they decided to send me a ***** form called a summon which started that i ddint pay rent from June 2014 - Nov 2014 bt i started staying there in June and the only time i refused to ay without an explaination was in Oct - Nov and that was 1 month. Later they asked me to pay a settlement of 5000 which i paid in March 2015 and 1 year later am still listed as not paid. Only today they fix this mess and all along i have had a miserable lifestyle. If i take the documents i have and the "supposedly" summon without a case number to them i doubt they would even be able to explain all this to me. I am dissapointed in how they handled this and only to realise they **** about my lease agreement and about removing me from ITC</p>
