BROKEN LIFTS

For the last few years a company called Tupa took over the block of flats, Revelas Towers in Germiston & since then, all the problems with the lift became worse. On numerous occasions they were confronted by angry residents who had to walk stairs for weeks at a time.This included my 73 old mother, who has a knee injury and cannot walk 230 stairs staying on the 10th floor that meant that for weeks my mother could not get in or out of her flat. I tried to speak to the agent (I suspect he is a shareholder,Andre Birkenstock) and even went to Germiston counsel (Colbin) but to no avail. They are rude and every time they have a different story as to why the lift isn't working.I went to fetch my mother on the 12th of July for the weekend, and when I took her back on the Monday(14th)the lift wasn't working. Since then Andre has been avoiding all my calls and preventing angry residents to see him.Colbin from the counsel has been no help, and today, the 29th July, the lifts are stilnnot working, my mom has only had the 2 sets of clothes se packed for her weekend stay, not even to mention the fact that all her food in her fridge will be rotten by the time she'll be able to get back in.
