BAD COMPANY EVER SIES !!!! # DOWN TUPA #

Im so shocked with eh service i got from Tupa They are very disrespectful , they dont respect their clients they are always busy for their clients/tenants. im renting in one of their properties at Leondale at Isabella Court. When i got there the place wasn't perfect at all. Firstly on the 27 July 2019 i called Vanessa apparently she is the manager on the 27 of July 2019 i went to their offices to pay i paid an amount of R 7 988.50 when i asked for a copy of my lease agreement the white lady there who looked so ****ed to even assist me said she was going to send it. When i asked for directions she told me that she uses a car i must see how i get there because she is knocking off and she wont wait for me. Money is important to TUPA but not their tenants. The windows there are not in a good state im always stressed when im at work thinking if ill get my space still intact or someone would have gone in through those windows that dont have burglars and dont close properly. i had a leaking sink pipe i stayed for more than 3 weeks asking for a plumber where else im paying maintenance every month for what i dont know. the plugs are not working ive been complaining since August till today the plugs are not fixed. They are rude they dont want to be told they dont listen to their clients. they dont care about us but they expecting us to pay money at the end of the month. They shout at clients which shocked me if they cant answer you they drop the call on you. since i got there there is no security gate motor they said it was ****** and the insurance wont pay when asking questions they shut you down and take you form pillar to post. Now i said i want to move out and i want my full deposit amount of R 4 150 then they sent me the lease agreement which now they forcing me to stay for the 8 months that i was told about by Merry a very very very rude lady on Friday the 25/10/2019 she kept on dropping the call on my ear whilst talking. #DOWN TUPA### My deposit will be paid to me as much as i paid you will pay it back to me i want top move to a better place where they know what customer service means wher they listen to people who putt food in their tables because without our pays you guys dont get paid. i have a service rendering company that doesn't care about clients even if it means bluffing the clients but shouting at clients its a no. TUPA train your staff. if it means we will go to court for my deposit then let it be. and believe you me guys i wont go down without a fight. i want my money just give me my money and i will let you go and its funny because i have proof of all this pictures , messages and everything that i need to show people what kind of service TUPA renders.
