Refund from Tunein Radio

Good afternoon

Tunein radio is ******* that subtract fees from your accounts and when you tell them you do not want to the service they tell you they cannot refund you because of Google play-store policy but I may cancel my subscription but no refund. So I can cancel it and not use it but still need to pay.

The same happen with me with Strava twice in the past months. I also subscribe to there premium package on google play-store. I also did not see the trail expired, I emailed then and I was refunded.

Tunein radio did not even rep**** on my last email. There customer service is not up to the standard that I needed to pay for with out refund.
