Diba's attitude sucks
I took my car for repairs and got quoted R14476, accepted to pay provided it's everything we agreed on the next thing I get a call from them telling me they want an extra R2800 because THEIR diagnosis was wrong. I am not happy at all.

Good day sir
we quoted for wiring so that the blower could work. It is almost always broken wires, no other units threw faults
Once stripped we did not anticipate to find a CHICKEN BONE to be stuck behind the kick panel and short out the system.
one - your car is in a bad state
two - your car had the wrong CAS, wrong Light module - which blocks electronic diagnoses - entire car was not aligned
There was no other way but to re-quote you - it was not broken wires; the unit got shorted because of filth
apologies for your heater not working - omitted the attempt to repair it from the total bill
