No Service - Period!

<p>In December we dropped a bag at the store to be repaired, understandably it being the festive period and most commerce comes to a halt we anticipated a waiting period into the new year for the repair to be completed. However it is now March, every week ,we call, every week is another excuse, ending in I'm sure it will be back by Friday. Justin at the store constantly reassures that he will call back once he has spoken to the repair department - NO CALL BACKS, have been received from him to date. It is now moving towards 3 months that this repair has been sitting at Tumi, and still we are no closer at finding out when, and if we will ever get this bag back again!!!</p>
