Tumble Tech Appliances take a tumble...

Made an appointment on Friday morning with John of Tumble Tech Appliances for Friday afternoon to have my dishwasher repaired. I chatted to John to describe the problem and was upbeat about having found what sounded like a good dishwasher repair service.

Two hours before the appointment I received a call to say a big job had delayed the technician, and could I reschedule.

An appointment was scheduled for Monday morning at 10:00.

No-one arrived, so at 12:00 I phoned John to be given a weak excuse for the non-arrival of the technician. I cancelled any further appointments.

My rule is with contracting services is: Twice and you're out!
