Bad Attitude

Unfortunately had to cancel call out but the guys arrived at apartment. I called there landline no answer and as they insisted on e mail correspondence , my server being down wasn't able to get message to them on time. But the just blatant rude e mails that followed???? If they insisted I needed to pay call out fee I would have said that it was fair and paid there R200 but they rather followed with rude mails. Terrible business etiquette.
