False Advertising, Inferior Quality Plastics

I was happy that Tully's Plastics always immediately rep**** on all emails, but when I recently bottled medicines in their 50ml "HDPE" dropper bottles again, I realized that a few left of an older batch started yellowing and became brittle. I immediately contacted them. They phoned and told me that their bottels are certified HDPE. I asked that I would like to see the certificate and to speak to their providers, but I was ignored. I then sent emails, very accommodating, with links regarding HDPE and that they are safe to use for pharmaceuticals and most chemicals. I told them that swimming pool acid (30% hydrochloric acid) standing here in HDPE bottles with no reaction to the plastic. I also asked for recommendations of other plastic bottles from their range. No replies were received. The Consumers Protection Act states clearly that if a customer is not satisfied with products within 6 months after the purchase, it may be returned for a full refund. Their bottles do not have the standard HDPE symbols and are not recyclable as is the case with HDPE, therefore, false advertising. But I was assured by Tully's that their dropper bottles are indeed HDPE and are safe for saline! Saline is hardly a chemical and their droppers cannot be HDPE.
