"Take Responsability"

We were on agreement for delivery and promises were made. No delivery was made and container left Nigeria. 3 Weeks later we were phoned to confirm that stock is ready, where should they deliver. We rep**** that container left the 4th Jan 2018. It's on them to delivery to Nigeria. Now blame is thrown around on who's fault it is. Delivery cost is more than what the stock is worth and no-one wants to take responsability. Why all this hassle if you know who are at fault????
