Poor service and non-delivery of Stamps- Supporting Local Businesses might not always be a good idea.

I had ordered a few stamps on the 20th of Decemeber hoping to receive them to use with marking in 2022. I had budgeted for these stamps with my bonus for them and after a friend recommended this company I put through my order.

After a month I checked with in with them if my order was ready for shipping There was no response until 10 days where I was told my stamps would be shipped on the 31st of January. I was then promised on the 7th of February that my stamps would be delivered 9th of 10th of February which did not take place.

On the 17th of February, I was told that there are issues with the courier company. On the 3rd of March I had been told that they are sorting out outstanding orders and trying to rectify mistakes. I then received no response between the 18th of March till the 23rd of March. A Whatapp group was then started and a message was posted apologising for the delay and that stamps were remade and would be sent out in stages.

On the 1st of April, no response was given on if my stamps were being shipped and on the 19th of April, almost 4 months later I was told that a clear update would be given on that day and that my stamp have been posted.

On the 10th of May and 14th of May no response were given and I had asked for a refund. I will never again order from a small company like this . It is sad because when you want to support local businesses you get let down by proper communication and delivery. I can't believe I lost more than R900 of my December bonus especially as a teacher. I am very disppointed and upset.
