AVOID TULIP STAMPS!!!

If I could give ZERO stars I would!

I ordered AND paid in January- no stamps yet. Have been asking for a refund for weeks- after promising to refund me over the weekend still nothing! Little to no communication and WAY too may promises. Avoid them, they promise 10-14 days on their website- all lies- I have been waiting for months and nothing to show for it.
