Service delivery not as agreed

Tuko Media, in particular, Sheila Kanja has agreed to produce an article of our business that has recently launched in Kenya on the tuko.co.ke website. The agreement was for payment of $100 for an article produced by us, containing links to our website.

Sheila sent the article to us for review - It didn't contain any links to our website as was in the original article. We've sent numerous emails requesting changes, but Sheila always rep**** with an alternative, that was not fulfilling the purpose of the excercise at all.

We have lost the opportunity to gain significant referral traffic and domain authority from this paid service. It's damaged our campaign and business progress a great deal.

Please be careful; stay away from any paid services offered by Tuko Media, they'll only disappoint you.
