Very very poor service

I had ordered Hoverboards from them through Bidorbuy. Full amount paid, but I not receive tracking number or any correspondence from them. I had made several calls to them, but phone only go in voicemail whole time. Several e mails, also no response. This is really the worst service ever if a seller cannot even advise a buyer.
