Really bad attitude Landlord

Today, i was just fed up of this Landlord Dana.

Asked him 4 months ago to fix my taps, they say yes they will, they never did.

so today when i was busy preparing food, wanted to wash my hands, the warm water tap blew of, i had to hold the Valve down for 25 mins , my girlfriend was at the gym, she called me and i told her what happened and i am currently holding the valve down, otherwise the warm water will hit the roof and cause major water damage.

The was 2 km away and said she will call the landlord to assist, the landlord gave her an attitude and told her why do we break the taps, like ***? really why would anyone do that, you probably are dumb as f#*ck if you would do that.

The Landlord took 25 mins to reach me while i was holding it down. he told me what am i studying in a ****ty way to make me feel dumb not knowing how to fix it... I told him what does this got to do with the broken tap? he told me i broke it, i mean at that moment i really wanted to break his face. Just dont know why he had that temper, we asked him 4 months ago.

Please guys before you Students want to stay in this area, think twice, they have really bad attitude and bad at service as well.

We are moving to a new place now and i advise anyone who is staying here, you can really do better.
