Bad Attitude and *****

We bought a Ringnek parrot at this petshop and asked the assistant to please clip its wings as its for our 5 yr old, he clipped it and assured us that the bird is now unbalanced and will not be able to fly. We spend more than a R1000 at his shop, First time we take the bird out its cage it flies away with no sign of being unbalanced. The owner refuses to refund us and puts the phone down in my ear everytime I phone
