Worst service ever

If only I had known, I wouldn't have agreed that my insurance refers me to them, such unprofessional service, with no communication and updates. My car was taken in in February for fixing the rear after it was bumped. The work that I was told would take 14 days still hasn't been done and we are in June. I am so defeated and frustrated from having to call them every week and be sold excuses.
