Tugela ferry pep service is poor

I bought the decoder for a DSTV on November 25, 2023, at the Tugela Ferry Pep store, not the one inside the mall. Even today, I am still waiting for them to come and install the dish. The service is poor, and the store manager is rude. When I go there and complain, they always say they will contact the DSTV team, but even today there has been no action.
