Tuff Cats problems, and no Atersales support

Tuff Cats installed the trailers axles incorrectly, as a result the axle, bottemed out on the chassis,craching it, they do not accept any responsibility but the changed all ther designs there after. Do not buy a Tuff cats, ther is no after sales serves or responsibility. This is written on behave of my parents. Call it a Soft Cat.
