CHRISTMAS LUNCH AT FORESTERS SURF & TURF MTUNZINI.

In December 2022 My family and I, 19 in total stayed at the Mtunzini Forest Lodge which, although obviously an old establishment, was amazing. We booked Christmas lunch at the Foresters Surf and Turf, next door to the Lodge, after being offered the most amazing menus on the 22nd Nov 2022, on the substance of which we booked our Christmas lunch. We arrived at the restaurant, were told that we had to decorate our own table, and that the menu had changed due to load shedding?????, we were not told any of this at any time, we were duly shown outside to a bare table, not even a table cloth, no decor, no xmas crackers, nothing, we were then offered the menu, the staff were very polite, but the food was cold, and not very appetising and we still had to pay the same price. We as a family were so disappointed, what a disastrous xmas lunch to start our lovely stay at Mtunzini Forest Lodge. Very, very disappointing. I phoned the lady, through whom I did the booking, and she advised me that she no longer worked there.
