TUFF TINT PRETORIA- failure to repair/replace car radio damaged by technician on 19 May 3023

Following the requirement to pay before inspection of work done, and then taking delivery of my Hilux bakkie after an immobiliser installation on my bakkie by Tuff Tint Pretoria on 19 May 2023.

I immediately noticed that the locking mechanism of the face plate of my upmarket JVC car radio had been broken.

After initially refuting liability, Management at Tuff Tint were forced to admit responsibility when the honest technician admitted he damaged my car radio whilst busy with the installation.

After 6 weeks of excuses as to why they could not do a repair or replacment, (And of course me contacting them all the time - since they never bothered to contact me)

I am forced to use this channel in order to attempt a .resolution

Tommy, What do I have to do to get my car radio repaired or replaced?
