Dealership Application Tarnished

Very disspointed with these music suppliers... I have submitted a dealership application form at the end of January 2019.... Uptil today I'm still waiting for feedback... I called in February to check the status on the application the lady told me that I must send the application to her... And still no reply till today.... I sent them a message on their Facebook page aswell and they rep**** that they would look into the matter and still till no reply.... I am very disappointed.... Such poor service... ( even if the application was declined a good deed is to inform the person)
