Very poor planning and service from this restaurant

As a group of three friends we decided to try Tuc n Tap as a new place. Upon arrival I requested the beer list and it's a craft beer establishment. The waiter then informed me that they only had two beers on tap. So I requested the randparker. Only to be informed that this wasn't available. Which left only one beer. So I got a taster and it wasn't to my liking. My friends arrived and we ordered. The waiter then told us to wait so that he could get a pen to write the order down. So it was a great surprise to have the food delivered, only to have two out of the three meals ordered. The waiter said he forgot and could quickly get the remaining meal in 10 - 15 minutes. I refused this as my friends would have then mostly finished their meals. I subsequently requested for the manager to bring this to his attention. When informing him about the beer he said it was their delivery guys fault. I corrected him to say this was managements bad planning. Then I told him about the meal that wasn't served his reply was " what could he do about that" . This totally ruined the whole evening and we left. There wasn't an apology or a discount on the drinks order to show concern. As a client I will never return to this establishment.
