Tubs laundromat are ***** and will destroy your clothing!

DON'T EVER USE THEM. They damaged my silk dress after assuring me that they have dry cleaning facilities that they use. My dress came back with blue ink marks and the owner/manager said I put ink marks on the back of my silk dress. I took photo's of my dress before I sent it to him and there were no marks. My dress looks like they washed it and didn't send it for dry cleaning and now they want to blame me for the marks, saying it was there all along. I am so disappointed and disgusted with the service and lack of accountability. I am sure they have messed up many more people's treasured items. DO NOT USE THEM!
