Don't reccomend

Tubs laundry used to be my only laundromat. I've been a weekly customer for over 2 years. This was the only laundromat i would reccomend. I brushed off the times that black clothing came back with bleach stains. Or the clothing was folded inside out because the ladies working there are so nice and the washing is affordable. I dropped off 40kg of laundry. It came back smelling damp and not clean like it used to every time. The owner told me I could come back whenever I wanted for a redo. I came back a month later with the same amount of laundry because I went overseas. He calls me and says I must pay 440 because I can't possible expect him to do 8 loads "for free". Showing recepeits for the last 2 times I dropped a small amount of laundry off for my boyfriend even though the laundry I complained about was a month before and a large amount. I paid the 440 collected just to receive the same damp smelling laundry. Owner is dismissive and rude. Telling me he knows its clean and it was soaked overnight.My complaint is the smell not that I don't think you washed it. Tells you to go find another laundromat. Says "They made sure it was 100% clean and they said your washing was extremely dirty. Sorry but I have personally checked the washing and it’s clean." It's not free if you're redoing a service you didn't do properly the first time. Now I've paid twice for a service and im still sitting here with stinky laundry.
