Damaged my clothes started blaming me

I specifically asked the to SEPARATE and NOT mix my colours.i checked my clothes when I got home and noticed my new Hugo boss golf shirts were full of black marks!!when I took my next load of washing there I politely asked them to separate the colours.she started arguing so I casually mentioned what happened to my last load. That's when the ladies there went berserk!!! First shouting at me and denying ever seen me before. Then when One of the ladies recognized me they started saying I brought them for wash like that.i calmly explained they were new shirts and had never been washed before. They then changed their tune & started blaming me for giving them black jeans to wash(I don't own any black clothes)! All 3 ladies ganged up on me and were extremely rude!!!!! I asked them for the manager or owners number and they refused and started shouting even more! I picked up my laundry and walked out....I have never had such bad service and attitude from any company in Capetown!!! Please take your laundry elsewhere or you will not only damage your expensive clothes but will come out of there feeling drained and with a bad headache!! Stay away from Tubs laundry!!!
