Worst customer service from a Vet

The worst service I've ever had from a vet. She is never physically available at her clinic. When you buy medication from her and need an invoice for your pet insurance she takes more than a week to make just a plain invoice. She has a vet assistant that does most of her physical work at the clinic for example 5 in one injection and so on. There's no way the vet assistant can create an invoice for you as a customer. You are at the mercy of when the vet Dr Florence Makgamatha Veterinary Surgeon has the time to make your invoice for you. Also she knows that she ks the only Vet in our town.
