Wrong Parts ordered and no parts received yet

On the 2nd October 2015 we ordered a control board for a Samsung washing machine and was told it will take 3 working days to arrive I phoned on the 9th of October and they had no idea where the part was, was then promised I will receive a call later in the day, but received no response. I phoned them today to find out when I am going to receive the part and still they can not give me an answer. Then I realised the part they ordered is incorrect they want to give me the plastic cover that goes over the control board I cant do anything with this part we even checked with them if this is the correct part because we were surprised it is so cheap. I just want my money back so that I can order it from someone that has even a little bit of customer service.
