Waterproof Sony Walkman Earphones in repairs for almost a year

<p>I took my Sony Walkman Earphones to TTS ELECTRONICS in 141 Cape Road, Mount Croix, Port Elizabeth on 17 October 2015 for repairs. The one side of the earphones was not functioning correctly and I had the earphones for about 3 months. It has a 2 year warranty.</p> <p>I sent them another email 2 months ago regarding the status of my earphones. They told me they will contact me as soon as the repair has been done. I have not received an email nor a phone call from them.</p> <p>This is unacceptable!</p>
