Staff stole Samsung 8gig microSD

On 27 August 2015, I took my Samsung S5 in to TTS in Port Elizabeth to have the camera replaced under guarantee. Service was great, they ordered the camera which arrived the next day. I dropped off my phone I was given ONLY the Sim card back (not enclosed in a bag) and was told it would be ready in three hours. Roxanne phoned me later to fetch it as promised.<br> When I got home I discovered that the 8gig microSD was missing.<br> I immediately phoned TTS - spoke to Roxanne who said she would investigate. She called back shortly after and told me that Nosipho at the front desk said that she had given me the Sim card plus the microSD.<br> This was a blatant lie - and I told Roxanne this. Roxanne then said she would check with the technician to see if he had seen the SD card. She called back to say had not seen the SD card.<br> I called Roxanne again later and said I wanted to speak to management. Nadine called back later and told me that Nosipho said to her that she had given me the Sim card plus the SD card in a bank bag. - Another blatant lie. To date I have had no further response - or offers to replace the card. I am extremely disappointed.
