Samsung Galaxy Repair

<p>On 28 July 2016, I have contacted TTS Electronics to enquire if they will be able to assist me by replacing the cracked screen on my cellphone. The answer was that they do have stock and it will take two hours to do the repair. When I got there and gave them my phone, the answer was that they had no stock and that I wil have to wait at least a week before I can have my cellphone back. After 2 weeks, I still have no cellphone and the answer was still the same. Today I contacted them once again to follow up on the progress and the answer I received was that my phone, along with several others have been shipped to Durban for repairs and it will take another week. No one even took the time to inform me of this and it is unacceptable as the decision was made without my consent. TTS has very poor customer service and I will not recommend them nor ever make use of their service again. </p>
