SAMSUNG FRIDGE REPAIR

I will never advice anyone to buy from SAMSUNG again. I would not. THis is the 4th week without my fridge/freezer. all my meat ect got spoilt and I am still waiting for my parts to come for my fridge repair. After 3 x people had to come out and have a look. After TTS technician said my fridge is fixed 3 weeks ago, it never was cause they said only the filter was dirty. I had great losses and I get BBBBBBAAADDD service from the reception. they keep cutting me off, never comes back to me. Make empty promises. I have just had it with these guys. Every other day there is a different excuse.
