Pathetic level of service

I developed a cracked screen on my galaxy s6 edge after putting it in a new samsung case. I was told by tts electronics that samsung declined my claim and should claim on the warranty. I sent all details to the agent who delayed in contacting me, received bad attitude at the centre inside Klopper in George. I was then told it would take 7 days to order, two weeks later I phone and was told that they lost my documents and didn't have my contact details. A new screen arrived and was told it will only take an hour, my wife waited from 8h30 till after 13h00 only to find out that my phone had been damaged by the technician who battled to fix it. She was given the phone to return to me and said it was working. I received the phone today and screen is still not working and technician has neglected to put my simcard back in. We live in Knysna and technician is in George. We have been back and forth 4 times due to damn neglect. Technician said he would come to bring my card, nothing happened. I phone Debbie at tts and complained about it, was told she would come back to me, nothing happened. Tts has **** and deceived me and samsung does nothing to rectify, I want a new phone not repaired 1
