Bad Service

I called TTS to repair my dishwasher and they were going to call me. 2 Days later, I called and wanted to know if they were still coming this year? Spoke to Marlene and she organised technician whom I paid R385 for call out. I was then told I had to pay R552.90 to have it repaired which I did on 31 March 2015. On 09 April I called and spoke to Claudie who was going to call me back. I am still waiting. What is it with PE and service? No one seems to have any sense of accomplishment or drive? Shoddy, to say the least. I would like to know if they are still repairing the dishwasher this year please?
