ADH/Samsang false adv to customers abt free repair

I went to repair my repair my phone for water damage at TTS electronics (Samsang) and was told that I have to pay in R1700 yet the ADH app that I downloaded says that upon registration I will receive 1 free screen damage and 1 free water damage. I have been there before and had my screen fixed and now that im going for the free water damaged im now told that there are certain portions that samsang doesn't cover yet they didn't say that on the terms and conditions I signed for on the app and the poster that explains the ADH terms and cnditions that I showed the manager on display at the store. The manager person I spoke to at the branch Claudi Kruger who admitted that they didn't communicated this to me as a customer but said she is sorry as there is nothing they can do. False adverting to customers is an ******* practise and a violation towards the consumer act and would like know why is it that I must take the fall for something that was not clearly communicated to me?
