I bought an item on the online platform on November 25, 2018. The items did not meet the description advertised and the size didn't fit . I returned the item with hopes of getting a refund which the shop administrator claimed the Finance department had processed and, it would be refunded soon. She further said it normally it takes 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed. This was on January 17,2019 for an order that was returned on December 8, 2018
