Worse service ever from air-conditioning company

<p>Had coldroom and fridge repaired, when asked owner for invoice for compressor because felt invoice was excessive was refused. Have a 12 month garatuee, after 2 months stopped working, after numerous calls over almost month still no luck in getting replaced. Now wants to charge be additional costs. Refused to give me his physical address of business, found address and plan to visit company to complain . How are people allowed to have businesses when they treat clients so *********ly. </p>
