Bad after sale

Please people don't support this place in Mayville mall I bought 2 x smart tvs there on the 14th of Nov 2022 they both wall mounted yet last night while we were watching lines came over the screen we took it back today and the said we broke it but it's on a wall they won't houner the warranty I spent alot of money there
