Unauthorised Debit

I don't have an account with you but you are debiting my account for what reason exactly?I want to know how you got my details and what you are billing me for as me and you don't have any agreement? Please refund me my money before I make this a legal issue and blast you on social media, I work too hard to be just giving you money for no reason
