Poor service from TTK Surveillance otherwise known as WM Digital

Our airline had a CCTV system installed in our two of our new hangars in May 2021 by TTK Surveillance otherwise known as WM Digital. Since day one the system has not been stable. I have had to call them out on numerous occasions to do repairs, reprogram, repair the system. The last I was told that 3 of the cameras had to go back for testing. This was done and the cameras came back with a “clean bill of health”. However, that system still would not work and said cameras were still off line. I was then told that I had to get a new switch. This I installed myself. No change to the system. I at this point also noted that of the 12 cameras that should show on the system, only 11 now reflected. When I questioned TTK’s CEO, I was told that the power supply to the switch was not working. However, I had just installed a new switch on the same power supply with no issues? This is when the conversation became heated. Because I asked if his technicians had tested thew cables, to which he could not give me an answer. He insisted that I should have been on site with his technicians the whole time. I have a job to do, I cannot babysit people, who are supposed to be the professionals and know what they are doing. I employed TTK to do a job that they were in my opinion not able to do. When I then asked that they send me the manufacturers warranty’s; I was told that they system only had a 1year warranty. A direct contradiction to their own terms and conditions that states, “Included is a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty on CCTV Equipment (Cameras and DVR/NVR)”. I was also informed of the following clause that does not even reflect on their T’s and C’s, “All other hardware carries a 1 year warranty”. Needless to say, I have not received the warranties from them and I doubt I will ever get them. I will now have to approach the manufactures myself. The equipment under warranty includes 12 cameras, one of which will carry a warranty till August of 2024 as it was damaged and 2 DVR units. I will not be doing business with TTK Surveillance otherwise known as WM Digital or Wade Mosterd from this day forward.
