In general they are a great company in all aspects

In general they are a great company in all aspects. The only reason for this rating is that they do not care about their employees mental health at all and not enough measures are put in place to cater for their employees especially for a contact center we go through quite a lot and deal with a lot. To them the client is the most important forgetting that we service their clients therefore they should always make sure they are serviced by sane customer service advocates. I had the most horrible experience in that department and thank God I am still here by the way I have been treated or rather lack thereof
