Bad service and workmanship

Good evening All,

I am very disappointed with the service at the PE branch and to top it off when i got home with my phone and started setting

it up I found the following faults that weren't there before the screen was replaced.

1] Screen stays on when against ear. Ambient light sensor not working. Ran diagnostics test hicare

2) Compass not working. Tried calibrate

3] Raise to ear to call and answer not working.

Please can someone call me urgently in this regard.

I had so much trouble getting the phone repaired and after spending hours setting it up then found the faults listed above. Very very fustrating.
