Warranty repair gone wrong

I booked in my Samsung Z flip 4 for a clicking sound it made when opening and closing the phone. It later caused screen problems and I could not use the screen at all. The phone was checked for physical damage at reception and all was well. A day later I was notified that the phone had physical damage after the technician did his assessment for the repair. They claimed the phone fell which voided the warranty. I told the repair company that the phone did not fall. It started with the cracking sound which damaged the functionality of the phone. They ignored my side of the story and refused the help me.
