Terrible service, and damaged goods

I needed to have a keyboard replacement on my laptop. After previously using Tt3's services for a cell phone repair, I made the choice to have them replace the part. Tt3 repairs had my laptop in their possession for 11 days, and were not able to provide me with a quote. I eventually decided to collect the unrepaired laptop. However, they had moved shop without notifying me, and had not answered the phone for several days, and my emails had gone ignored. I had been close to reporting the laptop ******, when I finally managed to get hold of one of their employees. I was dismayed to see that my laptop had been damaged while in their possession, with the laptop casing now in poor condition. The acting manager assured me that this would be replaced at their expense. However, I have had no response from Tt3 repairs on when this would happen, and as I only had a verbal agreement with the acting manager, I now feel that this is unlikely to happen. I would strongly advise against using Tt3's services, as I am now in a worse position than before attempting to have them do the original repair.
